Salesforce Rolls Out Einstein Relationship Insights

Salesforce has introduced Einstein Relationship Insights (ERI), a new AI-powered research tool that independently explores the web and internal data sources. This tool is designed to uncover contact and account details about customers, prospects, and companies.

According to Salesforce, the goal is to give salespeople a personal assistant who can help them develop contextual information related to prospects and help them close deals faster and increase sales revenue.

Einstein Relationship Insights comprises a browser extension that assists sales reps by representing key information from each data source and providing a single-click customer relationship management update functionality to import data from various sources directly.

With Einstein Relationship Insights, sales reps can save time and effort on manual prospecting and meeting prep. This tool offers sales teams real-time relationship insights and relevant connections details. Einstein Relationship Insights ERI defines how AI works with salespeople to improve internal processes and generate more sales leads.

Jason Briggs, Senior Director of Product Management at Einstein Relationship Insights, stated, “Salespeople should be able to focus on the areas that matter most, like high-touch online or in-person customer interactions, and leverage technology as an assistant to handle the manual task of searching for relevant insights, ERI can do this at a pace and scale that is impossible for any human to do. This is a glimpse into the future of how humans will successfully work in tandem with AI.” 

Einstein Relationships Insights is powered by Salesforce‘s Einstein, the AI engine that offers predictions across all of the company’s cloud-hosted products and will be generally available in June 2021.
