Oracle Announces Major CRM Updates

Sharing is caring!

Oracle has introduced a new interface for its Fusion Sales users this Tuesday. This update will help improve the user experience by offering unique features. Different features like AI-driven content suggestions, onboarding tools for new salespersons, and the ability for users to set up automated quotes & proposals, etc., will be a new addition to this update.

The new experience will guide the salespersons to close the deal faster.

Let’s have a look at the Oracle Fusion Sales’ new offerings to sellers-

Guided Processes: Sellers can improve their productivity by following a step-to-step guide. With this guide, sellers can help engage with accounts and growth opportunities and close deals quicker.

Improved Conversation: With this feature, Oracle Fusion Sales can automatically generate highly qualified leads and give them to sellers for follow-up. It leads to an enhanced conversion rate as well.

Automation: With Fusion Sales, Sellers can receive the initial quotes, proposals, and implementation plans automatically whenever the opportunities are generated. It works based on historical data, prior successful deals, customer’s industry & other account attributes.

AI Recommendations: Now, Sellers can automatically receive marketing-approved content that is most suitable to grow the sale. This help in saving the time of sellers & buyers by instantly positioning the right offers and answers to commonly asked questions in the seller’s hands.

Use of Digital Sales Room: With Digital Sales Room, Sellers can enhance the buying experience and better engage buyers by creating personalized microsites. When buyers use this tool, sales operations can capture customer engagement data that can notify them about sales insights, internal training, and development, and manage future deals.

Latest Revenue Intelligence: With Oracle Fusion CX Analytics, Sales leaders can effortlessly access and report on company trends, and monitor customer opinion, and sales performance.

On the big announcement, Rob Tarkofff, Executive Vice President & General Manager of Oracle Fusion Cloud Customer Experience (CX) said that “traditional CR systems were designed to be a system of record for planning and forecasting versus a tool to help sellers sell more. As a result, sellers spend countless hours on data entry and administration which stunts sales productivity. Adding in the above statement he said that applying 40 years of data and business process expertise, they have done the heavy lifting to engineer the next era of CRM. Oracle

Fusion Sales removes the manual steps in the B2B sales process to help sellers close more deals faster and more efficiently.”
