Digital 360 includes a broad partner ecosystem, expert services, and new learning resources on Trailhead. The new production innovations include Customer 360 Audiences that is a feature-rich customer data platform for marketers to unify, segment, and activate all of their customer data. It also includes Cloud Payments that will be a payment solution powered by Stripe along with Experience Cloud to build fast CRM-powered digital experiences.
Digital 360 combines the industry-leading Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud (previously known as Community Cloud), and Commerce Cloud to provide a data-driven, scalable, and single source of truth to customers so they can effortlessly personalize customer experiences, from timely advertisements to marketing emails to curbside pickup and online shopping.
Salesforce Commerce Cloud enables companies to create and empower seamless commerce experiences across all digital channels – social, mobile, web, and store – for buyers. The recently-announced Commerce Cloud Payments would now enable companies to embed payments into their sites with clicks, not code. This will help in the delivery of fast, elegant, and flexible checkout experiences that support credit cards and mobile wallets like Google Pay and Apple Pay, and non-card methods such as SEPA, iDEAL and Bancontact, all with integrated fraud protection.
