This announcement was made on 4th May 2023 at the Salesforce World Tour NYC in the USA.
This feature will transform how work is done through a conversational AI experience natively integrated into Slack.
In addition to generating AI app integrations, Slack GPT will be able to access customer 360 and Data Cloud insights and open up new language models.
