In Salesforce Web3, customers can experience their brands across traditional and emerging digital environments in a new way by connecting Customer 360 data with Web3 data.

According to survey data, nearly half (45%) of consumers would buy an NFT from their favorite brand if it came from them. 67% of consumers said values are important to them, and 65% said that a brand’s environmental and sustainability practices are important to them when buying an NFT.
