Salesforce announced the world’s first Generative AI for CRM, Einstein GPT. The system generates AI-generated content across sales, service, marketing, commerce, and IT interactions.
The world is swinging along with AI, and all the big business tycoons are taking advantage of this opportunity.
The Salesforce Data Cloud aggregates, harmonizes and unifies all of an organization’s customer data into a unified and seamless platform. Einstein GPT will incorporate Salesforce’s AI models with generative AI technology from a partner ecosystem.
Einstein GPT allows customers to integrate that data with OpenAI’s advanced AI models, choose their own external model, and create content within their Salesforce CRM using natural language prompts to continuously adjust content according to changing customer needs and information.
Salesforce’s CEO Marc Benioff said that they would be integrating OpenAI at launch, along with Einstein GPT, to offer their customers access to the AI future through their Data Cloud, Tableau, MuleSoft, and Slack.
Salesforce’s Einstein GPT is the next generation of Salesforce’s AI technology, making 200 billion AI-powered predictions daily across Customer 360.
To deliver relevant and trusted AI-generated content, Salesforce combines OpenAI’s enterprise-grade ChatGPT technology with Salesforce’s private AI models.
The combination of Einstein AI models and ChatGPT or other language models enables customers to generate personalized, AI-generated content from CRM data using natural-language prompts.
It will be interesting to see what Salesforce has in store for us in the coming months.
We’ll keep you posted for any further updates.
